The second meeting of G-Artience a group uniting scientists artists and prominent figures was held on July 22 at Wipsquare Edison Hall. Discussions included electing a new chair adding more members and setting a regular meeting schedule.

Yoon Hee-il the new chair pledged to harmonize various expert opinions. Yoon a former Tokyo correspondent for Kyunghyang Shinmun has diverse talents in music writing and sports.

The main focus was the G-Artience International Conference. Soo-woo Kim CEO of Mac & Wip announced the selection of their project for the Korea Tourism Organizations 2024 Regional Convergence International Conference Support Project emphasizing Daejeons strengths as a scientific hub.

The event named G-Artience 2024 in Korean and G-Artience 2024 in Daejeon in English is scheduled for three days from late November to early December. The first day will feature a welcome reception at Wipsquare Edison Hall followed by keynote speeches and sessions at Daejeon Convention Center on the second day.

Kim requested continued interest and ideas for the conference which will highlight the unique contributions of G-Artience members from both scientific and artistic fields.

After the meeting attendees discussed the program direction over dinner at Michelangelo Terrace.
