It is released that LG ELECTRONICS win a suit against TCL which is a company of electronics in China about patent infringement at 9th.

Last 2th(Local time) Mannheim Germany local district court took LG ELECTRONICs side about LTE standard of patent which is prohibited infringement of lawsuit against TCL in 11th November 2019. This lawsuits focus is that particular technology that applied at feature phone and smartphone which are sold by TCL has infringed LTE standard patent that LG ELECTRONICS has. Standard patent is necessary patent that has to be used to embody particular performance at related product.

LG ELECTRONICS is going to prohibit TCL that is selling a cell phone which applied to LTE communication standard patent of LG ELECTRONICS on the basis of this ruling. This lawsuit is about 1 case among the 3 cases of patent infringement prohibition lawsuit that LG has suited and the other 2 cases will be progressed respectively on March and May.
