‘G-Artience 2024 Connecting Week’ a global event envisioning a TechArt revolution is just around the corner. The highlight session ‘Dialogue of the Future’ has garnered significant anticipation for its lineup of prominent participants and the discussions they will lead.

Scheduled for the morning of December 2 at the Daejeon Convention Center (DCC) the session will feature an impressive roster of experts. Presiding over the discussion is Professor Myung-Seok Kim KAIST Emeritus Professor and the founding chair of KAIST’s Department of Industrial Design. As director of the Nam June Paik Art Center she will address how South Korea can sustain its media art legacy originating from major exhibitions like the 1993 Daejeon Expo through international events like G-Artience.

The presence of senior officials from the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Ministry of Culture Sports and Tourism underscores the significance of this event. Their participation highlights the importance of K-TechArt and the broader role of cultural and technological integration in shaping a sustainable future.

G-Artience 2024 not only innovates in content but also disrupts traditional event formats. There are no reserved VIP seats formal introductions or speeches. Instead a creative setup features a 75-meter-long 4-meter-high LED screen encircling the venue. Attendees sit at round tables and performances and talks unfold across five stages including one at the center of the audience.
