First of all the power turned over even with Japanese export regulations as an opportunity for improving an industrial structure and rising a competitiveness! It is the intellectual property. The power that could improve capabilities of intellectual property and cultural industry! It is the intellectual property. The leading role of K-quarantine which were paid attention by the world in the spread of COVID-19! It is the intellectual property. In the combination of new technology of the digital new-deal and patents on green new-deal global environmental problems and the core of future food in Korea are discussed and the government’s four promises are mentioned as below.

First.
The government will improve the system so that researchers and creators can efficiently secure and utilize intellectual property and artificial intelligence can freely use data and works in the future.

Second.
The government will secure strong intellectual property which is going to lead a global market in the field of global strategy industry by utilizing patents strategically.

Third.
The government will create higher value-added jobs for young people through technological innovation and intellectual property.
Fourth.The government will protect creator’s rights so that they can concentrate creative activities.

In addition to the four promises above President Moon Jae-in added one promise to the end of the congratulatory speech.
The government will always be with you so that your knowledge and creativity can be unleashed.
