Samsung Electronics releases 2021 high resolution monitors full line up optimized to office environment

Samsung Electronics is going to release 2021 high resolution monitors that have been renewed with various innovative technologies starting in Korea on the 21st and sequentially around the world.

Brand-new high-resolution monitors releasing this season are total 3 series (S8 S7 S6) and total 10 models and they are optimized to office environment and have various function renewed their image quality and ease so consumers can choose it depending on the consumers characteristics.

Samsung Electronics strengthened image quality by adding a billion colors 178-degree wide viewing angle panels and HDR10 support function to all 2021 models.

S8 series is a premium model that both 27” and 32” support UHD (3840x2160) resolution and sRGB 99% color range to enable us to enjoy contents more clearly.

Furthermore S8 and S6 series can be connected to the screen with one cable through USB-C type port and are able to send data with 10Gbps and maximum 90W charge. In addition usability and expandability are secured by having various connection function such as USB 3.0 USB hub.

S7 series will be released with 27” and 32” UHD resolution like S8 series and has differentiated its design by applying super-thin stand.

S6 series will be released in various sizes of 34” 32” and 27” and supports QHD (2560x1440) resolution and PBP (Picture By Picture) function that splits the screen and PIP (Picture In Picture) function that displays small screen in a screen so various efficient multi-tasking is available.

Especially S60UA model supports wired LAN (RJ45 compatible) so it can use as docking station hub monitor for Wake on Lan and is optimized to office environment.

Among these 34” model offers visual comfort and whole other level of immersion by applying curved design with 1000R curvature UWQHD (3440x1440) resolution and 21:9 wide screen.

Applying Ergonomic stand S8 and S6 series have Height Adjustable Stand (HAS) and free to tilt the screen angle swivel the monitor and pivot horizontally and vertically thanks to ergonomic stand so it can be arranged efficiently without space restriction. Also neat and refined 3-side bezel-less design harmonizes with any work environment.

Samsung 2021 high resolution monitors have eye protection function for the long-term users.

‘Adaptive Picture’ function is newly applied so screen brightness and color temperature are automatically adjusted to the change of surrounding environment for 42 steps and it has ‘Eye Saver mode’ that reduces blue lights causing asthenopia and ‘Flicker Free’ function that protect eyes by reducing the screen flicking.

With these function whole models of Samsung 2021 high resolution monitors were validated as ‘Intelligent Eye Care’ certification by ‘TUV Rheinland’ which is a German global standard authentication agency.

Samsung 2021 high resolution monitors are confirmed as the most eco-friendly monitors by receiving eco-friendly certification ‘TCO Displays’ that TCO (The Swedish Confederation Of Professional Employees) grants after verifying electromagnetic waves toxic substance and energy consumption with strict standards ‘EPEAT (Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool)’ that the U.S.A. government ‘Green Electronics Council’ evaluates eco-related items synthetically and proves and ‘Energy Star’ that ‘DOE (The United States Department of Energy)’ award to the products that excellent in energy saving effects.
