China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) implements Intellectual Property educational training for primary and secondary school teachers

◆ Background

Since 2015 CNIPA and the Ministry of Education have discovered and fostered a model school for primary and secondary school Intellectual Property (IP) training.

∙ CNIPA has evaluated that this IP training designated for primary and secondary school students was not only affecting the students but also affects the students family members. Also it eventually developed in honoring the Intellectual Property of entire Chinese community and protecting culture within positive impact.

◆ Main Contents

For this Intellectual Property (IP) educational training 140 IP training model school teachers have attended and the training was held for two days (23rd of December - 24th of December in 2020). The theme of lecture was Basics of Intellectual Property: Collaborating Thesis for the New Era Investigate and practice of innovative education based on the Intellectual Property from Secondary-Vocational school and Intellectual Property of Secondary school curriculum

∙In addition Shanghai SIPO (State Intellectual Property Office) and Sichuan Intellectual Property Service Promotion Center have shared the education development cases of Intellectual Property for primary and secondary schools and the city called Foshan had introduced the experiences of Intellectual Property training implementation at 3 model schools including vocational schools.
