Korean Intellectual Property Office Hosts On-Site Visit and Meeting with Autonomous Delivery Robot Company Neubility (June 12)

On June 12th (Wednesday) at 2 PM the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) announced that it will visit Neubility a startup recognized for its exceptional technology in the autonomous delivery robot sector located in Seongdong-gu Seoul. The visit will include an on-site meeting to discuss matters related to intellectual property.

This on-site visit aims to enhance understanding of on-site technology through communication and collaboration with autonomous delivery robot companies. Additionally KIPO seeks to hear about the companies intellectual property issues and suggestions to reflect them in examination practices.

During the meeting KIPO will introduce the requirements for descriptions in specifications for business method (BM) inventions related to robot delivery and various support policies of KIPO. They will also share trends in patent applications related to autonomous delivery robots.
