Samsung Electronics Expands Consumer Choices with New Bespoke AI Combo

Samsung Electronics unveiled its new product the ‘Bespoke AI Combo’ on July 1. This product maintains the AI features and washing-drying capacity of the previous Bespoke AI Combo while incorporating a highly practical 4.3-inch LCD screen.

The newly released product retains the hallmark AI features of the previous model such as:

AI Custom Course: Operates with the optimal course for each type of laundry.
AI Auto Dispense: Automatically dispenses the appropriate amount of detergent based on the laundry load.
AI Bubble: Washes clothes with the right amount of bubbles tailored to the fabric type.
Additionally with its large capacity of 25 kg for washing and 15 kg for drying it can handle king-size bedspreads and large loads typical in the summer performing washing and drying in one cycle.

The new model also features a 4.3-inch ‘AI Home’ touch screen allowing easy control of washing and drying cycles. It supports Bixby for easy voice commands and offers various convenient features such as:

Receiving phone calls synced with a smartphone
Simple detergent purchase
Timer settings and more.
Since its launch in February the Samsung Bespoke AI Combo has led the domestic all-in-one washer-dryer market surpassing 30000 units in cumulative sales in South Korea.

This new product which combines the inherent advantages of an all-in-one washer-dryer with a more affordable price broadens the lineup providing consumers with more choices.

The new Bespoke AI Combo is available in Greige and is priced at 3749000 KRW.

Following the initial release of the Bespoke AI Combo in minimalistic metal with a dark silver steel color in February Samsung has successively introduced models in Satin Light Beige and Essential White.

Lee Moo-Hyung Vice President of Samsung Electronics’ DA Division stated “With increased outdoor activities and laundry loads during the summer the demand for all-in-one washer-dryers is rising. By expanding the options for the Bespoke AI Combo we hope more consumers can enjoy a smart and convenient laundry experience.”

Additionally Samsung Electronics is hosting an event in July offering laundry room interior remodeling benefits to customers who purchase the Bespoke AI Combo.

Any customer who purchases the Bespoke AI Combo can participate. By verifying their purchase on Samsung.com and submitting a story on why they want to remodel their laundry room they can enter the contest. After a selection process 20 winners will receive customized built-in laundry cabinets from Hanssem. Furthermore 777 participants will be selected by lottery to receive six bottles of Persil Deep Clean Power Gel.
